Shipping policy
DELIVERY
We offer free shipping on all orders over R999.
For orders under R999 we charge a rate of R100 for main centres
and R140 for outlying areas.
We currently do not offer international shipping - please contact us to make arrangements if there is an item you would like to have shipped outside South Africa.
We use BobGo as our shipping partner of choice, BobGo makes use of major courier services and compares rates to offer us the most competitive prices. They manage the process as a third party supplier.
You will receive email updates from them as your item leaves our warehouse.
Most couriers have a 48 hour delivery to any of the main Cities in SA. Outlying areas should look at about 72 hours after your parcel leaves HQ.
Once you receive your courier email - your item is ON ITS WAY.
Please allow reasonable times for delivery.
We will send off your parcel within 5 working days of receival of your order.
